At Family Day Care Xp, I strive to provide the best quality care for your child.

The decision to seek child care isn't always an easy one. As a parent, you may have mixed feelings. You may need or want to work or go to school, yet feel guilty about having your child cared for by someone else. That is why I have decided to provide day nursery services for parents with infants and toddlers in my community where I've lived for over 30 years, to help young parents become successful in caring for themselves and providing for their families.

My home is furnished with the toys and equipment needed to provide a safe experience that can encourage your child to explore, experiment, and discover while playing in which they can learn and develop through active involvement.
My mission is to provide care for your baby and be apart of his/her early development to mold and nurture your child to gain independence along with the ability to relate and get along with other children. I currently have space for children 8 months to 2 years.

To speed up enrollment process:

  1. Please fill out information below. Or
  2. Download application, Fill out application save it, then email it to services@familydaycarexp.com along with copy of;
  • your state ID or drivers license
  • rent receipt or utility bill
  • birth certificate of child needing child care
  • recent months paystubs or have your employer fill out Employment form below or
  • if in school or training, have institution fill out training form below

3. Schedule an appointment to visit Child care home where you can bring documents at this time.

4.  Once you receive your approval letter fill out REGISTRATION form.


If you are a foster parent or receiving public Assistance or any ACS or HRA services, please apply for assistance with your case worker.
